Introduction :
- To avoid friction between employers and the workmen employed in the company.
- Steps taken by the central government to enact Industrial employment (Standing Orders ) act 1946 with a view to protect workmen.
Objectives
- This order regulates the conditions of employement , grievances,misconduct etc of the workers employed.
